I wouldn’t run my business any other way

From the minute you become a solopreneur you’ll hear about growing, scaling, adding employees.  It’s almost as if wanting to stay a solopreneur is frowned upon. But I’ve found – being a solopreneur for more than 10 years – I wouldn’t run my business any other way. Liz tackles so many important keys to not only being a solopreneur but also succeeding as one.  Including tackling the tougher aspects like charging what you’re worth.  Also, a personal favorite of mine – being a referral expert – is the focus on cultivating your network.  When the work and clients increase, don’t allow yourself to get so busy with the work that you neglect those who support you.
